We played a critical role in developing Guinness at Old Brewer’s Yard. This key asset in the Mercers’ Company property portfolio was transformed over 32 weeks.
Our involvement in the first phase of the project included strip out and enabling works, PPM and recobbling the courtyard. We stripped back to shell the existing office block, nightclub and the former multi-storey retail store.
The project was delivered at speed while overcoming a number of constraints from its busy pedestrianised location, including services, utilities and neighbours. The team managed the project safely without any incidents or accidents. The client was delighted with the smooth running of the project and the finished result.
