Working with Lighthouse Surveyors, we completed the CAT A Refurbishment of Building 3 within Dorking Business Park for Real Estate IM.
The building is 8,000 sq ft within an out-of-town business park in Surrey. The works involved the full internal and external refurbishment, including the installation of electric vehicle charging points.
The 12-week project was completed to a high standard and was well received by everyone involved, this was our third project for Real Estate IM.
