We were engaged by the British Veterinary Association (BVA) to complete an extensive refurbishment of its 10,000 sq. ft. UK headquarters on Mansfield Street in Marylebone.
As a Grade ll* listed property, a key element of the project was to maintain the heritage features of the Georgian townhouse while completing the work to the highest standard.
The 40-week project included a complete reconfiguration of the office space to create new washrooms, break-out areas and meeting rooms. The mechanical and electrical works were completed on a design and build basis and included a new passenger lift. Bespoke joinery and furniture were added to complete the graceful look and feel of this period property.
